When it works its great but the app keeps faulting and I have to delete and re download almost daily when using it
Autoentry used to be a really good receipt processing go to, but recently it has become unreliable. The receipts/bills take a long time to process and it states they are released and then they don't show in the Inbox. If you want to plan ahead a couple of days to get your receipts processed then this is the App/Software for you, but if you need your work quicker then I wouldn't recommend. They state it is a known problem, but this has been going on for months. Not fit for purpose if you want a quick process.
This app sucks. All you can do is take photos and upload them. If you have a problem you have to take out your laptop and jump online. Dext is much better.
Can't even access the app. Says incorrect password eventhough I typed the exact same password to access the web version just fine
Was hoping others could use this to scan receipts in but the app does nothing until you sign in. That means no one else in the business can do it.

I'd give it a minus if I could. Can't publish invoice from the app. What is the point of this?
Great you can just snap your invoiceso and upload.
A work in progress but I believe AE will get better. I've no problem with taking photos and then uploading to AE but I wish there was an app to the main website so I could view and publish too, not just an app to take photos. Perhaps this is in the pipeline? Another suggestion, once an invoice has been received, if the image wasn't clear, can you still put it in the inbox? This way, at least I know I've sent it and it has been received but rejected.
